Sweet Potato Bites
Chop the sweet potato into sizes shown in the picture above.
Toss toss the pieces in oil, place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon.
Bake 400 degrees, 20 minutes or so.(untill soft)
I like them a crispy so after the potatoes are tender, turn the oven up to broil and carefully watch them crisp.
